Why should I shop here?

Share in the value of being a member of the Walden community. For every purchase you make through the mall, a percentage of your purchase will be donated to the Walden scholarship fund. Additionally, you will earn rebates and discounts that are only available at the Walden eMall. Acquire the goods and services you need at the best possible value and, at the same time, help further the education of Walden students.

Can I go directly to a retailer's web site, or do I always have to start here?

In order to receive credit you must begin your shopping here every time.

How do rebates work?

When you make purchases through the Walden eMall a portion of your purchase is credited to your account as a rebate. Rebate checks are sent out four times per year, and you must have a balance of at least $10.00 to receive one.

Do I get Rebate Dollars every time I shop, or just the first time?

You get rebate dollars every time you shop. There is no limit to the amount of rebate dollars you can earn on this mall.

How do I know how much of rebate I will receive for each purchase?

You will earn a different amount from each retailer, depending on what you buy at that retailer’s site. We will show you what percentage of your total purchase you will be receiving in a rebate.

What happens to my rebate dollars if I have to return a purchase?

All returns will result in a deduction of the rebate dollars for that purchase.

When will my rebate show on my account?

The amount of time between when you place your order and when your rebate appears on your account varies from merchant to merchant. It usually takes between 45 and 60 days.

Do I need a coupon code to take advantage of special offers?

In some cases you do. The coupon code will be given to you along with the special offer.

How do I know how many rebate dollars I have earned?

Click on My Account to check the balance on your account.

Does the shopping area access my personal information?

No. We only keep track of your user id and where you shop so we can properly credit your account.
